Who we are
The Foundation for Faces of Children (FFC) is a New England-based, not for profit, volunteer-led 501(c) 3 organization. We provide clear, accurate information and other educational resources to children born with craniofacial conditions and their families.
FFC was established in 1986 by a group of parents whose children had been treated at the Craniofacial Centre at Children's Hospital Boston. With the assistance and support of medical advisor/Children's Hospital plastic surgeon John B. Mulliken, MD, we focused our initial efforts on helping families through medical procedures and surgical recovery. We learned that timely access to medical information enables patients and parents to assess therapeutic options and outcomes with greater confidence.
Today, FFC is a regional and national source of information about craniofacial conditions for patients, families and health care providers.
